Terms of Service

Last updated: November 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Snapnote (the "Service"), operated by Snapnote ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Snapnote turns user-provided text and speech into structured notes (summaries, key points, action items, and similar). You may use the Service for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts and payments

Free use is available within published limits. Paid plans (Pro monthly, Pro yearly) are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment processing, taxes, and compliance. Prices are shown in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe any right, generate harmful or deceptive content, or attempt to disrupt the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the right to submit it.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the text and audio you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. We do not use your submitted content to train models.

5. No meeting recording

Snapnote is not a meeting bot. It does not join calls, and it does not record calls on its own. You are responsible for complying with any consent or recording laws that apply to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors; you should review it before relying on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
